WAH Job Service Advertising Policy
If you are interested in advertising on WAHJobService Website, you must agree to our policies. By placing your advertising order, you are agreeing to all the terms in our policy.
We do not allow any advertisements that contain any of the following: pornographic material, violence, or racism. WAH Job Service reserves the right to refuse any and all advertisements that are deemed, by us, to be inappropriate for this website. If there is any question to this, please contact us prior to purchase. In the event WAH Job Service receives money for any advertisement, and the advertisement is then rejected by us, we will send notification to the contact person we have on file, with the reason for the ad being rejected and arrangements for an immediate refund.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to send the advertisement details to us before the advertisement is scheduled to start. After payment has been received, you will be notified by us via email, where instructions will be detailed for what information is needed to have your advertisement displayed on schedule. After your information has been received, the contact person on file, will be sent an email confirming the details of the order. If this confirmation email is not received within 24 hours after the ad information and run time has been submitted, please contact us as soon as possible.
Ad availability is placed under all ad listings on the site, and all ads will run in the order that they are received, unless a specific, available time has been requested. If the dates requested are not available, you will be notified as soon as possible, so other scheduling arrangements can be made.
Note: It is the policy of WAH Job Service, to not run advertisements that are promoting the same "main company", in unison. If more than one advertising order is received by WAH Job Service, advertising the same "main company", the order that was received first will be the advertisement that is displayed. For any orders received after the first, the contact person on file will be notified. They will then be given the option of, waiting for the first ad to run its course and then having their ad displayed, or in the case of the ad run time extending past a 60 day wait period, you will have the option of receiving a full refund. This policy is not negotiable, and is set in place to avoid representatives, consultants, etc. of the same company, from competing with one another on WAH Job Service, and to keep the visitors of WAH Job Service from being bombarded with the same advertisements and options.
No other refunds will be made for any advertisement listings unless it was rejected by WAH Job Service, or there was an error, made by us, with the advertisement's run time availability.
